Technical building equipment design for the new community centre in Bürgewald

Summary

The tender concerns the design of the technical building equipment for the conversion of the former St Lambertus Catholic parish church in Bürgewald, the rectory, parish hall, funeral hall and surrounding outdoor areas. The overall complex will cover approximately 1,360 m² of gross floor area and will include, among other facilities, a meeting room for about 150 people, a village kitchen, multifunctional rooms, a workshop and a sauna, together with ancillary rooms, sanitary facilities and offices. The service covers technical building equipment under Part 4, Section 2, Sections 53 et seq. of HOAI 2021, covering service phases 1–9 and special services in plant groups 1–8. The commissioning will be staged: initially service phases 1–5, with service phases 6–9 optional. Special services include preparing and updating the technical part of a room book, complex conduit planning, energy monitoring during the warranty period, comparison of actual consumption with the planned demand values, and proposals for operational optimisation.
