Pharmaceutical discount agreements under open-house procedures

Summary

IKK classic intends to conclude non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements under Section 130a(8) of the German Social Code Book V with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for various active substances and combinations. The terms are identical and non-negotiable. Participation is possible at any time from 1 September 2026 to 5 July 2028, subject to submitting the signed agreement and all required evidence, declarations and documents. Documents received by 7 August 2026 may allow the earliest contract start on 1 September 2026; later submissions determine the start date according to the monthly timetable.
