Technical equipment planning for laboratories from service phase 5

Summary

The tender concerns specialist planning for laboratory facilities and technical equipment for two buildings of the UniMed ZeIT research building. The services cover service phases 5–9. Building 1 will include a laboratory building with special areas such as a laboratory dishwashing kitchen, an S3 area, a canteen and an auditorium, covering approximately 11,508 m² over six full floors. Building 2 will be used for laboratory animal facilities and will include a dishwashing kitchen, an operating theatre and a radionuclide area, covering approximately 2,332 m² over five full floors. The gross cost ceiling for cost groups 200–600 is EUR 291,554,000. The tender deadline is 25 September 2026.
