Technical systems design for Building 3405 at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics

Summary

The tender concerns engineering design services for the heating, ventilation, sanitary, building automation and other technical systems required for the refurbishment and extension of Building 3405 at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics in Hannover. The services are to be commissioned in stages covering design phases 2–3, 4–5 and 6–9 under HOAI. The project includes ISO 7 and ISO 5 cleanroom areas, chemical and electronics laboratories, possible EMC facilities, design variants, energy-efficient and sustainable systems, underground utility lines and temporary arrangements. Research operations must remain uninterrupted in part of the building during construction. The estimated eligible costs for the relevant system groups are approximately EUR 4.661 million net, and the total construction costs are approximately EUR 25.74 million net.
