Summary

The tender concerns fixed civil security and vehicle patrol services at the sites of C.N. A.C.N. S.A. The contractor must protect employees, facilities, goods and assets; maintain order; control access; monitor sites by video where surveillance equipment exists; protect the water-quality monitoring system; exchange information continuously with the contracting authority and police; and provide environmental protection services. The required deployment comprises 23 fixed guard posts operating around the clock, one fixed shift supervisor post operating around the clock, and six vehicle-patrol posts operating around the clock, with approximately 360 km of daily patrol travel. The service must comply with Romanian Law No. 333/2003 and Government Decision No. 301/2012. The estimated contract value is EUR 9,560,664 and the submission deadline is 9 September 2026.
