Independent Project Monitoring Service for a Capital Works Project

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of an independent project monitoring service for a capital works project on behalf of South East Technological University. The appointed monitor will report to the university’s Governing Body, provide quarterly or otherwise requested reports, and give high-level advice on the budget, programme, project quality and delivery from initiation through completion and handover.
