Schaddel on-demand night transport service in Kassel

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of Kassel’s established, fully electric “Schaddel” on-demand night transport service. The contractor must provide the driving service and the related dispatching, ride-pooling, passenger-app and driver-app software. The contracting authority will provide 14 electric minibuses, including two wheelchair-accessible vehicles, as well as charging power, parking spaces and charging infrastructure. Service is provided within Kassel between virtual stops, generally from 22:00 to 05:00, extending to 05:30 on Saturday mornings and 06:00 on Sunday mornings.
