Summary

The tender concerns ongoing inspection services for roof safety installations at selected properties, ordered as needed. The contractor must assess whether the installations and access routes are safe and fit for their intended use, identify and prioritise defects, and prepare proposals for corrective measures. When requested, the consultant must also be able to carry out the proposed corrective work and perform a final inspection.
