Replacement of access control and alarm systems

Summary

The tender concerns the design, inventory, supply, installation, programming, commissioning, support, maintenance, updating and further development of access control systems, alarm systems and related integrations for Karolinska Institutet. The supplier must assume full functional responsibility for the complete delivery, including any subcontractors, and provide training and knowledge transfer to the contracting authority’s staff. Optional additional materials, installation and commissioning, as well as locksmith services, may also be required. The work will largely take place in operational environments, so continuity of operations, safety and limited disruption are important. The estimated contract value is EUR 35,000,000 and the submission deadline is 26 August 2026.
