Summary

The tender concerns mechanical and electrical building services design for the construction and refurbishment of a centre for child and adolescent medicine. The scope covers systems groups 1–8 and service phases 1–8 under Section 55 of the HOAI, from basic investigations and preliminary design through approval, detailed design, procurement preparation, participation in awarding the works, site supervision and documentation. The services will be commissioned in accordance with the HOAI. The submission deadline is 3 September 2026.
