Summary

The tender concerns fire safety specialist planning, preparation of a fire safety concept and specialist fire safety supervision for the replacement construction of the Institute of Molecular Biology (ImBIG) at the University of Bonn’s Poppelsdorf campus. The four-storey laboratory building will include S1 and S2 laboratories and will be built using timber-hybrid construction with four fire-compartment-forming cores serving as required stairwells. The services cover fire safety advice throughout all planning phases and supervision during construction, scheduled from July 2030 to June 2034. The submission deadline is 4 September 2026.
