Summary

The tender concerns programme management services for the Saxony-Anhalt passenger stations programme under the NASA framework agreement. The contractor will coordinate, steer and monitor the overall portfolio of measures, consolidate and assess schedule, cost and quality information, prepare programme-level reports, manage interfaces and risks, and support the contracting authority with strategic and operational steering tasks. The scope covers the overall programme only and does not include independent management or direction of individual infrastructure projects; responsibility for those projects remains with the contracting authority’s project managers. The transferred services are planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with optional services from 1 January 2030 to 31 December 2031. The submission deadline is 8 September 2026.
