Dedicated charter air transport service between Lisbon and Bucharest

The Portuguese Army is procuring one dedicated charter return flight between Lisbon and Bucharest on 21 January 2027, carrying 175 military personnel and 12,000 kg of hold cargo (72 m³) in each direction. The aircraft must accommodate pallets measuring 1.2 × 0.8 × 1.40 m and dangerous goods in accordance with IATA DGR and ICAO Technical Instructions; each passenger may also carry up to 5 kg in the cabin.
