Framework Agreement for Railway Infrastructure Support Services

Summary

Ineco is establishing a framework agreement for railway-infrastructure support services provided by qualified railway personnel, including safety pilots, work supervisors and overhead-line power isolation agents. Services cover work authorisation and protection, track access and observation, restoration after works, and related safety tasks across mainland Spain; the agreement is not divided into lots and may appoint up to four specialised providers. The agreement will run for 24 months, with an option to extend by up to a further 24 months, and has an estimated total value of €3,200,000 excluding VAT.
