Technical support and maintenance for ARTE’s unified communications platforms

Summary

The Agency for the Technological Reform of the State (ARTE) is procuring a single, non-lotted contract for technical support and maintenance of its unified communications infrastructure. The 36-month scope includes support for its Cisco communications and contact-centre platforms, EasyLynq, Webex video integration and existing Ribbon gateways, as well as software and firmware updates, security fixes, upgrades, migration, functional testing and technical documentation. The listed licences and subscriptions cover 50 Professional, 613 Enhanced and 1,204 Access calling licences, 8 video-conferencing rooms, 4 multimedia sessions, 25 concurrent contact-centre agents and 7 active video endpoints. The estimated value is EUR 215,849.53 excluding VAT.
