Acquisition of an Application Security Testing Platform (DAST)

Summary

Portugal’s Agency for the Technological Reform of the State is procuring one subscription to the Burp Suite application security testing platform or an equivalent solution, licensed for at least five concurrent scans. The platform will automate security testing of web applications, APIs and exposed digital services. The procurement has no lots; the base price is EUR 98,175 excluding VAT, and the subscription must be available by 30 November 2026.
