Cleaning services for the Air Force General Material Depot and Aerodrome Engineering Centre

Summary

The Portuguese Air Force is procuring regular, deep, on-call and non-scheduled cleaning services for its General Material Depot and Aerodrome Engineering Centre in Alverca do Ribatejo. The work covers accommodation, offices, warehouses, workshops, kitchens and dining areas, sanitary facilities, communal areas and other premises, including periodic deep cleaning and exterior windows and blinds. The contract runs from 1 December 2026 to 31 August 2027, with up to seven possible one-month extensions through March 2028; the estimated and base value is €596,800 excluding VAT. It is a single-lot procurement.
