Procurement of Microsoft 365 licences

Summary

The Gabinete de Planeamento, Políticas e Administração Geral (GPP) is procuring Microsoft 365 software licences in two lots, with a total estimated value of EUR 404,600 excluding VAT. Lot 1 covers a 12-month Cloud Solution Provider subscription for productivity and collaboration products, including Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, Power BI Pro, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Visio. Lot 2 covers a 36-month Open Value Subscription for Microsoft 365 E3 and server, database and systems-management products, plus up to 150 hours of M365 Evolution Support Services; optional additional licences are also included in both lots.
