Sintra Coastal Digital Mapping Project CADliS 1.0

Summary

Sintra City Council is procuring the two-year CADliS 1.0 digital mapping project for the Sintra coastline, with a budget ceiling of EUR 78,000 excluding VAT. The work covers LiDAR and photogrammetric surveys of the coast and cliffs across approximately 300 hectares, coastal biodiversity mapping, landslide-risk analysis and development of a 3D/4D visualisation platform. The project also includes periodic monitoring surveys, virtual-reality visits to three heritage sites, two public-information videos, a workshop and training for municipal staff.
