Installation and automation of the remote valve control system at AGERE reservoirs

Summary

The contract covers the design, supply and installation of a complete system for remote control and automation of water inlets and outlets at AGERE reservoirs. The work includes valves and actuators, electrical and control panels, sensors, automation, hydraulic and electrical works, integration with existing RTU and SCADA systems, configuration, testing, commissioning, operator training and delivery of final technical documentation. The system must provide remote and automatic control of reservoir inlets and outlets and operate for at least two hours during a power failure; if automation or communications fail, the reservoirs must retain autonomous level control. The work will be carried out at AGERE reservoirs in the Braga area of Portugal and must be completed within 12 months. The maximum tender price is EUR 1,432,500 excluding VAT. Tenders are evaluated on price (70%) and the technical solution (30%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 31 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days. The successful tenderer must provide security amounting to 5% of the contract price. A site visit to all locations is recommended.
