Conversion of the former primary schools in Passô and Peva into coworking spaces

The procurement covers the conversion of former primary schools in Passô and Peva, in the municipality of Moimenta da Beira, into coworking spaces. It is divided into two lots: the ceiling price for the Passô school works is EUR 161,211.11 and for the Peva school works EUR 196,140.39, giving a total of EUR 357,351.50 excluding VAT. Both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. The works must follow the design and tender documents and be completed within 15 months; price is the sole award criterion.
