Supply of fresh fruit

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fresh fruit for employees of Águas do Centro Litoral in three lots: Polo Lis, Polo Mondego and Polo Ria. The contract runs for three years and covers 156 weekly deliveries between 17 November 2026 and 13 November 2029. The quantities are 89,700, 156,000 and 90,480 pieces of fruit respectively. The maximum prices excluding VAT are €27,807, €48,360 and €28,048.80 per lot, or €104,215.80 in total. The supplier must provide one seasonal fruit variety each week, rotate fruit families and notify the buyer of the selected variety at least 48 hours before delivery. Fruit must be fresh, clean, sound and suitably ripe, delivered in clean reusable crates. The buyer may reject non-compliant goods, which the supplier must replace free of charge within 24 hours. Lots are evaluated separately: total price accounts for 70% and proximity to the delivery site for 30%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Portuguese by 16 October 2026 at 18:00; variant offers are not allowed. Bidders must provide the required price documents, declarations and evidence of signing authority. The successful bidder must also provide evidence of tax and social-security compliance, criminal-record certificates and beneficial-owner registration.
