Refurbishment of Vacant Dwellings 2027

Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of 46 vacant dwellings for the Municipality of Amadora, divided into four lots of 11, 11, 12 and 12 dwellings. The works include, among other things, renewing windows and other joinery, shutter boxes, kitchen units and taps, interior and exterior doors, wardrobes and flooring; painting ceilings and walls; waterproofing; and electrical, water, sewerage and gas installations. In urgent cases, isolated works may also be required in occupied municipal dwellings. The works will be carried out in Amadora, and the contract period is 365 days. The overall contract ceiling is EUR 698,113.21 excluding VAT; price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted through VORTAL by 14 October 2026 at 17:00. Variant bids are not permitted, and bids must remain valid for 66 days from the submission deadline. The notice sets no minimum technical or financial capacity requirements; however, before contract signature, the successful bidder must appoint a civil engineer as works director and submit the required responsibility declaration.
