Corrective maintenance of the municipal housing stock

Summary

The Municipality of Amadora is procuring remedial works in occupied municipal housing, divided into four lots, to correct defects and improve living conditions. The works include, among other things, repairs to walls and ceilings, bathrooms and kitchens, water-supply and sewerage systems, electrical installations, painting and finishing. The lots are Casal da Mira (€122,821.50), Casal da Boba (€85,466.70), Casal do Silva (€109,126.42) and dispersed properties (€123,698.81); the total ceiling is €441,113.43 excluding VAT. Bids may cover one or more lots, and one bidder may be awarded all four. The works may take up to 720 days, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must hold the construction authorisation relevant to the works or provide confirmation from IMPIC that they are entitled to perform them; a technically qualified engineer is also required as works director. The bid must include the price and unit-price schedule, work and payment plans, an execution-method description, required declarations and a commitment to transport construction and demolition waste. Variants and conditional bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted in Portuguese through VORTAL by 14 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days. The contract period is up to 720 days. At least 70% by weight of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste must be prepared for reuse, recycling or other material recovery.
