Electricity supply for AdP Group electric vehicle charging at public charging points in mainland Portugal

Summary

The procurement covers electricity supply for charging the AdP Group’s electric vehicle fleet at public charging points in mainland Portugal, serving 17 group companies. The supplier must ensure that at least 50% of the electricity supplied comes from renewable sources and provide 797 charging and network-access cards free of charge. The cards must work across the public electric-mobility network regardless of charging-point operator and support tracking of charging sessions, prices, taxes and consumption. The contract also requires monthly billing reports and the provision of charging data. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed once for a further 12 months, for a maximum total term of 24 months. It ends earlier if payments for the market-based electricity component reach EUR 142,398. The estimated value and base price excluding VAT are EUR 142,398. Maximum unit prices are EUR 0.25/kWh during off-peak periods and EUR 0.20/kWh during peak periods; an additional card may cost up to EUR 3. Charging-point use fees, network tariffs and statutory taxes are added. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted by 18:00 on 16 October 2026. No bid guarantee is required, and variant bids are not permitted.
