Summary

Cascais Próxima is procuring LED multimedia screens and digital totems on a continuous-supply basis: one 7,500 × 500 mm wall-mounted screen, one 5,000 × 500 mm screen with a supporting frame, two 2,500 × 500 mm wall-mounted screens, two smaller single- and double-sided totems, and four larger totems (three single-sided and one double-sided). The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment, provide content-management software and training, and carry out annual preventive maintenance. Installation is within the municipality of Cascais. The maximum budget is EUR 262,814.41 excluding VAT. The expected contract term is 12 months, with one possible extension, for a maximum total term of 24 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 66 days. Evaluation is based on price (50%), warranty (15%), installation time (15%), response time to faults (10%) and energy consumption (10%). The tender documents require a warranty of at least 36 months, installation within no more than 60 days of an order, evidence of a maintenance team with at least two years’ experience, and references to at least three equivalent outdoor screens. The tender documents require the successful bidder to provide a performance guarantee of 5%, although the contract notice says that no guarantee is required; this discrepancy should be clarified with the contracting authority.
