Tender detail
Supply of infectious serology reagents and equipment under a consumption-based arrangement
Summary
The Braga Local Health Unit is procuring reagents in 12 lots for infectious serology and other laboratory tests, including tests for HIV, tuberculosis, syphilis, parasites and other infections. Some lots also include analyzers or readers supplied under a consumption-based arrangement. Lot 1 covers automated chemiluminescence equipment and reagents; lot 2 covers infectious-serology single tests; lots 3–12 cover products for IGRA, hormone, autoimmune, immunofluorescence, immunochromatographic and blot testing. Depending on the lot, the supplier must also provide laboratory-system integration, equipment maintenance, necessary consumables and user training. The stated overall base price is EUR 653,792.03 excluding VAT. For lots 1 and 2, price accounts for 60% and quality for 40% of the evaluation; for lots 3–12, price is the sole award criterion. Bids must include product and technical evidence, INFARMED registration or a medical-device code, confirmation of compliance with INFARMED obligations, and product pack, brand, model and reference details. Delivery must take no more than 5 days from receipt of an order. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 120 days. If the contract price exceeds EUR 500,000, a guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price is required. The notice states a 36-month term, while the tender documents specify validity from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028; bidders should verify the term in the official documents.
