Supply of fertilisers and organic soil improvers

Summary

The Municipality of Porto seeks a continuous supply of 34 types of mineral and organic fertilisers, soil improvers and other products used to maintain green areas, for up to three years or until the contract ceiling is reached. The contract has one lot and a ceiling of EUR 119,403 excluding VAT. The municipality will order goods as needed and is not committed to purchasing all estimated quantities. Bids must meet each product’s technical specifications and remain within the price ceiling. Price is the sole award criterion. Goods must be delivered to the municipal nursery in Porto on weekdays between 8:00 and 12:00, within 10 days of an order; each delivery must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Products must have a remaining shelf life of at least six months when delivered. Bids must be submitted through the ACIN electronic platform by 19 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days after the submission deadline. Variant bids are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required. Bidders should also account for mandatory electronic invoicing and the product and environmental requirements in the tender documents.
