Supply and installation of high-visibility materials and self-adhesive vinyls for UME vehicles

Summary

The tender covers the supply and, where required, installation of high-visibility materials and self-adhesive vinyls for the vehicles of Spain’s military emergency response unit. It is a single-lot, open-ended, demand-based supply contract starting on 1 January 2027 or the day after contract signature and running until 15 December 2028; two one-year extensions may be granted until 15 December 2030. The estimated contract value is EUR 176,000 and the tender budget is EUR 96,800. Price is the only award criterion: among admissible tenders, the winner will be the bidder offering the highest uniform discount on all unit prices. The maximum installation rate is EUR 70 per hour. The bidder must submit the ESPD, a financial offer, a technical product description with an up-to-date catalogue, and a signed technical requirements acceptance table. Participation requires at least EUR 120,000 in economic capacity and at least EUR 56,000 in relevant supply experience. Delivery, installation, testing, warranty documentation and compliance with EN 12899 form part of the contract performance.
