Supply and commissioning of a multibeam hydrographic survey system

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a portable multibeam hydrographic sonar system for the ports of Aveiro and Figueira da Foz. The system is intended to support more detailed hydrographic surveys, dredging-work inspections and monitoring of the safety of navigation channels and port structures. The supply includes the sonar, sound-velocity profiler, survey software, laptop, external monitor, 5G router, antenna and portable power station. The work also includes integration, calibration and testing, submission of technical reports and documentation, and staff training. The system must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents, including the IHO S-44 standard; compliance with specific technical requirements must be demonstrated through technical documentation. The contract ceiling is €302,500 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The proposed completion period may not exceed 120 days from contract signature. A guarantee of 5% of the contract price excluding VAT is required, as are at least three years of technical warranty and support.
