Summary

The FBSTIB procurement concerns a unified, highly available voice and television communications system, including fixed and mobile telephony, mobile data connectivity, and TV signal distribution, as well as the supply, configuration, deployment, maintenance and technical support of terminals, equipment and infrastructure necessary to ensure proper operation of the contracted services. The contract also includes portability, platform deployment, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical assistance, incident resolution and all actions necessary to guarantee continuity and quality throughout the contract term. All supplies, licenses, equipment, accessories, configurations, deployment work, migration, maintenance, updates, support and any other elements required for proper operation are included in the bid price. The bidder must also propose a migration plan and coordinate with current service providers to minimize impact and ensure continuity of service.
