Domestic wastewater collection services in western Montijo

Summary

The procurement covers the collection of domestic wastewater from septic tanks and sealed reservoirs in western Montijo over a five-month period. It is divided into two lots: Lot A for Alto Estanqueiro, Jardia and Atalaia, and Lot B for Montijo, Afonsoeiro and Sarilhos Grandes. For each lot, the estimated volume based on service data from the previous five years is 700 emptying requests and 7,000 m³ of wastewater. The base price is EUR 90,450 excluding VAT per lot and EUR 180,900 excluding VAT in total. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 18:00. Bids must include a price and a description of how the service will be delivered; price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical quality for 60%. Bids must be submitted in Portuguese through the VORTAL platform and signed with a qualified electronic signature. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract price, increased to 5% if the bid price is considered abnormally low.
