Operational lease of six passenger cars

Summary

APS, the Sines and Algarve port authority, is procuring a 48-month operational lease of six passenger cars. The estimated mileage is 80,000 km per vehicle. The required vehicles are new, five-seat, C-segment plug-in hybrids with an engine capacity of at least 1,450 cc, combustion-engine output of at least 110 kW, electric-motor output of at least 81 kW and an electric range of at least 80 km (WLTP); they must have an AC onboard charger rated at least 7.0 kW. Cars must have five doors, be black or dark grey, and include features such as air conditioning, ABS, electric front windows and the specified airbags. The lessor must provide maintenance and repairs, replacement vehicles, vehicle documentation, and management of taxes and statutory inspections, as well as the required insurance. The maximum contract value is EUR 190,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must comply with the technical requirements and other tender-document conditions; variant bids are not permitted. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 23:59.
