Operating lease of five passenger cars

APS is procuring an operating lease of passenger cars together with related services. The contract notice and price form specify five cars, but the technical specification states a quantity of six; the required fleet size should be confirmed with the contracting authority. The technical specification calls for five-door M1 category B-segment petrol-electric full hybrids, with a combustion-engine output of at least 67 kW and an electric-motor output of at least 36 kW. The bid must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature and remain valid for 66 days. The notice requires a 5% guarantee, whereas the procedure programme says no guarantee is required; this discrepancy should be clarified with the contracting authority before submitting a bid.
