Urban furniture for the public space of the Carnaxide Civic Centre

Summary

The Municipality of Oeiras is purchasing urban furniture, including transport and installation, for the public space of the Carnaxide Civic Centre. The procurement has three lots: (1) 800 metal chairs with curved plywood seats and 200 metal tables measuring 70 × 70 cm, with a ceiling of €90,000; (2) 50 hot-dip-galvanised metal planters with 21 mm laminated, heat-strengthened glass wind screens, with a ceiling of €92,500; and (3) 22 square 2.5 × 2.5 m parasols and 22 removable bases, with a ceiling of €25,080. All amounts exclude VAT; the overall ceiling is €207,580. The bid deadline is 14 October 2026 at 17:00. Bids must be submitted electronically and separately for each lot, in Portuguese or with a duly certified translation. Bidders must provide the required declarations, the bid form with prices, and proof of authority to represent the bidder; documents must be signed using a qualified electronic signature. Variants are not permitted, and a bidder will normally be awarded only one lot. Price is the sole award criterion. Delivery, transport and installation must be completed within 30 days. The successful bidder must provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price.
