Supply of lighting projectors for exhibitions at the Porto Municipal Gallery

Summary

The tender is for the supply of new lighting projectors, filters and lenses for exhibitions and cultural events at the Porto Municipal Gallery. The equipment must meet the technical specifications: 30 white 25 W LED three-phase track projectors (2,000 lm, 3,000 K, dimmable using Casambi or an equivalent protocol, IP20, insulation class I, CRI 90, aluminium body, interchangeable lenses, dimensions Ø80 × 106 mm), with 30 wall-wash and 30 wide-flood diffusers; and 30 black 24 W LED projectors (2,800 lm, 3,000 K, dimmable, IP20, insulation class I, CRI 97, RA above 90, aluminium body, dimensions Ø65 × 120 mm without lenses), with 30 fixed wall-wash lenses (50° × 30°), 30 oval-flood lenses (50° × 30° or 20° × 60°), 10 zoom lenses (8°–60°) and 10 shutter lenses with a 30° beam angle. The contract is performed in Porto; its overall term is 63 days, and each ordered batch must be delivered within 10 days of the purchase order. The bid deadline is 7 October 2026 at 17:00. Bids must be submitted electronically through the AcinGov platform, alternatives are not allowed, and bids must remain valid for 66 days. Price is the sole award criterion, and the maximum budget is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT; no tender guarantee is required. The bid must include a signed declaration accepting the tender documents, a price offer in PDF and Excel listing unit prices for all equipment and the total price, technical data sheets, and a commercial-register certificate or access code for the permanent certificate. The supplier must also provide the required warranty and replace defective or non-compliant goods at its own expense.
