Technical assistance services for Santa Cruz Municipality’s vehicles and heavy machinery

Summary

This is a five-lot procurement for technical assistance, maintenance and repair services for Santa Cruz Municipality’s vehicles and heavy machinery. The lots cover heavy vehicles over 11 tonnes, heavy vehicles up to 11 tonnes, emergency vehicles, structures and superstructures of machinery and vehicles, and DAF heavy vehicles. The total contract ceiling is EUR 520,000 excluding VAT, with a 24-month term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 or until the ceiling is exhausted, whichever comes first. The supplier must operate a suitably equipped workshop on Madeira, provide preventive and corrective repairs, diagnostics, road assistance when requested, transport of vehicles, written estimates and repair-time information. Offers are evaluated using the most economically advantageous tender approach, based on weighted price and time factors that vary by lot. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 23:59. Variant offers are not allowed, no bid guarantee is required, and the offer must remain valid for 66 days after the submission deadline.
