Supply and installation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment for INFARMED Building 21A

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment at INFARMED’s Building 21A in Lisbon. The work includes dismantling approximately 45 existing units and sending the fluorinated gas to an authorised waste-management centre for destruction, minor wall repairs if needed, and supplying and installing new indoor and outdoor units, piping, cables and necessary accessories. The quantities are 47 indoor units and 41 outdoor units in various types. Bids must be submitted electronically in Portuguese and remain valid for 120 days. The deadline stated in the amended notice is 7 October 2026 at 17:00; alternative bids are not permitted.
