Design and reconstruction of the sauna facilities at the AKWARIUM indoor swimming pool in Rybnik-Boguszowice

Summary

The City of Rybnik is procuring the design and comprehensive reconstruction of the sauna facilities at the AKWARIUM indoor swimming pool in Rybnik-Boguszowice, at Jastrzębska Street 3a. The project will create a wellness area of approximately 141.13 m², including an event Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a steam room, changing and preparation areas, a sensory shower, a cooling area and a relaxation area. The contract includes design documentation, construction and installation works, equipment supply and installation, commissioning, as-built documentation and user training. Modernisation of the existing toilets and construction of an outdoor relaxation area are excluded and will be procured separately; the contract is not divided into lots.
