Revitalisation of the Former Municipal Office Building for Social and Cultural Use – Phase II

Summary

The Municipality of Tarnogród is procuring the renovation and adaptation of its former municipal office building for social and cultural use. The works include reconfiguring the interior; replacing and installing building systems; renewing floors, ceilings, roof, and joinery; upgrading fire-safety and sanitary arrangements; and supplying and installing sanitary, technical, and fixed-furniture equipment. The scope covers the ground floor, first floor, and unused attic, but excludes the basement, and includes restoration of the historic façade, preparation of fire-safety instructions, and obtaining an occupancy permit. Completion is required within 12 months of contract signature; the procurement is not divided into lots.
