Design and construction of a biodegradable waste composting facility in Luboń

Summary

Lubońska Gospodarka Odpadami is procuring the design and construction of a facility in Luboń for composting biodegradable green and kitchen waste. The single, indivisible contract covers design and environmental and construction permitting, construction and equipping of Investment Stage 1, the approvals needed to operate the facility and process waste, commissioning and staff training, and obtaining authorisation to market the resulting soil-improving product. The facility is to be delivered under a design-and-build arrangement.
