Summary

DTBS is procuring, as a single design-and-build contract, the construction of a multi-family residential building in Pieszyce, together with its internal systems, associated infrastructure and site development. The work includes optimizing the design documentation and obtaining the necessary approvals, drilling for 20 ground probes, construction, and preparation of as-built documentation. The works are to be completed by 30 May 2028.
