Renovation works and heat-source conversion at the Brzozówka forester’s lodge residence

Summary

The State Forests Spychowo Forest District is procuring renovation works at the residential building of the Brzozówka forester’s lodge and conversion of its heat source, in two parts. The renovation covers rooms on the ground floor and attic, the basement, and sanitary and electrical work; the heat-source part includes removing existing boiler-room equipment and installing a 30 kW dual-fuel pellet-and-wood boiler, heating equipment and associated pipework. The works also include bathroom and kitchen plumbing, including water and drainage installations, and underfloor heating in specified areas.
