Renovation and Reconstruction of the Market Hall

Summary

The City of Radymno is procuring the renovation and reconstruction of its historic Market Hall as a single, indivisible contract, with no lots. The works cover building repairs, foundation waterproofing, roof reconstruction, interior finishes and flooring, window and door work, and sanitary, heating, gas and electrical installations, including fire alarm and security systems. Archaeological supervision and the required conservation approval are part of the works; the hall will remain in operation during construction. The contract is to be completed within 360 days of signing.
