Modernisation of cultural infrastructure in the villages of Bokinka Królewska and Wiski, Tuczna Municipality

Summary

The Municipality of Tuczna is procuring construction works to modernise cultural facilities in Bokinka Królewska and Wiski, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the extension and refurbishment of the village community centre in Wiski, including a covered terrace, building insulation, replacement windows and doors, new and upgraded internal services, air conditioning and improved access and parking. Lot 2 covers the alteration, extension upwards and change of use of the former school in Bokinka Królewska, including structural, roof, insulation, façade and finishing works, new sanitary, heating and electrical systems, two air-source heat pumps, a sealed wastewater tank and delivery of a stair climber; construction of a recreational shelter and a multi-purpose sports field is excluded.
