Improving the Energy Efficiency of Educational Buildings in the Municipality of Platerów

Summary

The Municipality of Platerów is procuring complete design documentation and energy-efficiency upgrades for four public buildings: a primary healthcare clinic, a school and preschool complex, a primary school, and a municipal preschool. Works include heating-system upgrades with ground-source heat pumps and vertical ground loops, building insulation, photovoltaic installations, and replacement of 459 light sources with LED units; the clinic also receives replacement basement windows and exterior doors. The specified minimum borehole lengths are 300 m, 2,000 m, 1,100 m, and 600 m respectively, and the new photovoltaic systems have capacities of 20 kWp, 29.54 kWp, 16.36 kW, and 23.44 kWp.
