Construction works at the Marina building, including equipment procurement

Summary

The City of Tarnobrzeg is procuring the reconstruction and change of use of the Marina building at 2 Żeglarska Street, including architectural, structural, electrical, telecommunications, sanitary and technological works, together with the installation and commissioning of building systems. The refurbished three-storey building will provide 23 accommodation rooms, including two accessible rooms, as well as kitchen and dining facilities, a conference/multi-purpose room, reception and supporting spaces. The contract also includes designing the interior arrangement and supplying, installing, connecting and commissioning equipment for the catering area, rooms, bathrooms, reception, shared spaces, conference room and ancillary areas. This is a single, indivisible contract.
