Energy-efficiency renovation of the residential building at 38A Armii Krajowej Street in Ełk

Summary

The Municipality of Ełk is procuring energy-efficiency renovation works for a 128.24 m² residential building at 38A Armii Krajowej Street in Ełk. The works include insulation, damp-proofing, replacement of windows, doors and roof covering, building and chimney alterations, new sanitary and electrical installations, and conversion of utility rooms into a dwelling, together with finishing, site works and landscaping. The building will remain occupied and is under heritage protection; the contract also includes as-built documentation and obtaining an occupancy permit. Completion is due within 300 days of contract signing, with works on the south and west sides due by 30 April 2027.
