Energy-efficiency upgrades to public buildings in Malechowo and construction of a photovoltaic installation

Summary

The Municipality of Malechowo is procuring energy-efficiency upgrades and related construction works at the school and preschool complex, including its sports hall. The works cover roof, window and door replacement, insulation, mechanical ventilation and heating-system upgrades, boiler replacement, and a rooftop photovoltaic installation of up to 6.5 kWp. They also include fire-safety and accessibility improvements, such as a lift platform, accessible entrance and bathroom, and related finishing works. The project is not divided into lots and is arranged in four task groups; completion is due within seven months of signing the contract.
