The Tadeusz Szeligowski State Music School in Gorzow Wielkopolski is procuring Stage I roof-renovation works at its teaching building at Warszawska 18. The works include removing the existing roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes, roof windows and lightning-protection system; repairing the roof boarding; and installing a new two-layer roofing system, flashings, drainage, roof windows including smoke-venting windows, a roof hatch, roof-access and snow-guard elements, chimney caps and a new lightning-protection system. The contract is not divided into lots.
